Process for candidates to go through

Addison Group is an ideal match for job candidates looking to be matched with temporary, seasonal, or permanent work positions. We hire consultants in seven core business sectors and work with you one-on-one to find a placement that is suited to your skills, talents, and experience. We have recruitment offices around the country, and strong ties with small and large businesses in all markets.

Interested candidates can submit their resume online. Candidates who pass our resume screening will be called for a phone interview and then, if appropriate, referred for an in-person interview with one of our industry-expert recruiters. Your recruiter will assess your skills, goals, and work preferences in order to best match you with available jobs. Some industries require additional testing to determine your skills with specific software programs or in accounting or finance, and some clients request comprehensive background checks and reference checks before considering a candidate. These tests and checks are conducted by Addison Group at no cost to you.

We want our Addison consultants to feel the security of employment, so all employees are eligible to enroll in health and/or dental insurance coverage immediately following the qualification period, the 1st of the month following their first 90 days worked with Addison Group, and coinciding with the next immediate enrollment cycle.

Additionally, all Addison Group employees over the age of 21 are eligible for 401(k) benefits after one year of employment. Enrollment periods are the first check date of each quarter. Employees may contribute up to 50% of their income to Addison Group's 401(k) plan, not to exceed $16,500 in one calendar year (subject to change, depending on federal allowances). Addison Group will match at 100% the first 3% of the employee's contribution, and will match at 50% the next 2% of the employee's contribution. Employees are vested 20% a year starting with the employee's second year of service.
